Helen L. Robertson, age 77, of Seaford, passed away on March 22, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Laurel, Delaware, she is the daughter of the late Laura and Leighton Cordrey. Helen was a graduate of Laurel High School. She retired from Acme in Millsboro, with 30 years of service. Helen enjoyed walking, reading, trips to Lancaster, PA, vacationing in Florida with her husband in their RV, and camping trips with her grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family and loved her animals, especially her cat "Baby". She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her family was her legacy. She was married 52 years to her loving spouse, William L. Robertson, Sr. who preceded her in death in 2016. She is survived by her son William "Bill" Robertson, Jr. and his spouse Gary A. Sachau of West Yarmouth, MA. Her daughter Karen M. Chandler and her husband Tim C. Chandler, Sr. of Laurel. Her brother, Howard Cordrey of Salisbury, MD.; grandchildren, whom she loved with all her heart, Travis A. Griffith and Timothy C. Chandler, Jr. and her great granddaughter, Addison A. Griffith. The service will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mrs. Robertson's honor to the Brandywine SPCA, 22918 Dupont Blvd. Georgetown, Delaware 19947.
